Kerala Canteen’s menu has been developed by Consultant Chef Bobby Geetha, former MasterChef: The Professionals finalist, Great British Menu chef, internationally recognised restaurant consultant and recipient of Best Indian Chef in Dubai.
Working alongside Bobby Geetha is Executive Chef Abdulla Khader Allingal Siddique, who previously worked with Bobby at the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels and has experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs.
